Uther Pendragon is the current head of the noble House of Pendragon and the father of Arthur and Le Fay.
Appearance[]
Uther is a middle-aged man who wears a noble outfit and resembles his son Arthur to a great degree. He is stated to have a demeanor brimming with elegance.
Personality[]
Uther is show to be a stoic and composed figure, whose demeanor is clad in elegance as befitting of a leader of a noble family.
He is shown to be wise, as he was able to advise Arthur on how to further improve his sword skill by focusing on other things, which would grant Arthur clarity and flexibility as he spends time away from his sword.
Uther has a strong interest in Issei Hyoudou as he is the wielder of the Welsh Dragon Ddraig, a dragon from the Wales that he wants to form a strong connection to the Pendragon family, and hopes that someday that he marries his daughter Le Fay.
History[]
In the past, Uther was the former wielder of Caliburn, the strongest Holy Sword, which he later passed onto his son Arthur. During some point in the past, he met his wife and married her, having two children with her: Arthur and Le Fay. At some point in time, he became aware of the secret romantic feelings his son Arthur possessed towards the maid of the Pendragon family; Elaine Westcott, as Arthur chose to run away from his household to protect her. Due to Le Fay's desire to follow her brother out of concern for him, Uther later arranged for Elaine to check on his children's living conditions after the two left the Khaos Brigade.[1] [2]
Powers & Abilities[]
Natural-born Holy Sword Wielder: Uther is a natural-born Holy Sword wielder and is able to wield the strongest Holy Sword, before passing it on to his son Arthur.
Master Swordsman: Uther is capable of wielding the Caliburn, the Sword in the Stone and the most powerful Holy Sword in existence, a testament to his strength and skills. While it is stated that Arthur surpassed his father's skill as a swordsman, Uther has a greater understanding of the balance needed to further improve one's swordsmanship, as he lectured Arthur about his inflexibility as a swordsman.
Equipment[]
Caliburn (Formerly): Uther's main weapon before passing it onto his son Arthur. The ultimate Holy Sword and the Sword in the Stone. The Caliburn can generate an extremely massive amount of Holy aura that surpasses even that of Excalibur and Durandal and is capable of ripping through space.
