Ruval Phenex is the heir of the Phenex Clan. He is the eldest son of Lord Phenex and Lady Phenex and the elder brother of an unnamed brother, Riser Phenex and Ravel Phenex.
Appearance[]
Ruval, like his younger siblings, has blond hair and dark blue eyes. However, unlike Riser, he wears proper noble clothing.
Personality[]
Fitting to his noble-like appearance, Ruval has a kind and noble personality. Unlike his younger siblings, Ruval displays no arrogance or condescension, and he is polite and respectful from the beginning.
History[]
Not much is known about Ruval, other than the fact that he had been in one of the Top 10 rankers in the Rating Games and is rumored to be promoted to an Ultimate-Class Devil soon.
Plot[]
The Heroic Oppai Dragon[]
Ruval appears in Volume 12, during the Demonic Beast Riot, along with Riser to cheer up his sister and the Gremory Team, who are in a state of despondency after learning about Issei's "death", before leaving to fight against the monsters created by Annihilation Maker.
The Legend of Oppai Dragon and his Lively Companions[]
In Volume 22, it was mentioned by Riser that Ruval is also taking part of the Azazel Cup.

Ruval was mentioned in Volume 23, that he’s helping Roygun look for a job and asked Issei and Ravel to take care of her.
Powers & Abilities[]
Immense Demonic Power: Ruval is an immensely powerful devil formerly being one of the Top 10 rankers in the Rating Games. Another further testament to his power was that in Volume 12, it was rumored that he was going to be promoted to an Ultimate-class Devil soon.
- Immortality: As a member of the Phenex Clan, Ruval shares his family's signature regeneration abilities, being able to regenerate lost limbs and recover from wounds instantaneously.
- Hell Fire: Coming from the Phenex Clan, Ruval can create and control powerful flames able to even wound Dragons.
- Unnamed Flame: Based around Ddraig's Blazing Inferno of Scorching Flames, a seven-colored flame technique, combining the flames of the Sacred Beast Phoenix Sacred Bird, the Phenex brothers and Bennu's divine aura, which was powerful enough to leave lasting burns on Typhon and Vidar, who was donned in his Ragnarok Armor.
Flight: As a Devil, Ruval can fly using his flame wings.

- It is rumored that Ruval will soon be promoted to the rank of Ultimate-Class Devil.
- Ruval is one of two pure-blooded devils who were part of the "Top 10" Rating Game players that did not use the King Piece, the other being the "Champion"; Diehauser Belial.
- Ruval’s team name for the Azazel Cup is Team Phoenix in reference of his abilities of a Phoenix.
