Summary[]
Issei, Koneko and Xenovia headed to the gym, where they meet Xuelan, Mira, Ile and Nel, with Koneko challenging Xuelan to a rematch, Xenovia fighting Ile and Nel while Issei fought against Mira again. Equipping his Scale Mail, Issei charged at Mira as she dodged his attack but was defeated by Issei's Dragon Shot, with Koneko and Xenovia also finishing their fights.
Akeno fought against Yubelluna, using her Holy Lighting against her, which she didn't use during their previous fight.
At the same time, near the Old School Building, Rossweisse and Gasper defeated three Pawns from Riser’s team (Shuriya, Marion and Bülent), which was previously done by Yuuto during their last fight.
As Issei, Koneko and Xenovia regrouped with Yuuto at the Baseball Practice Field, they encountered Karlamine. When Issei asked about the the identity of the Excalibur user that Karlamine mentioned to have meet in the previous fight, Karlamine revealed that it was Irina, who was substituting for Ravel as Bishop in their current fight. Xenovia challenged Irina to a fight due to finding it interesting because of the fact that if it weren't for the Kuoh Treaty, the two of them would have had to fight each other as enemies. Yuuto fought against Karlamine using his Holy Demonic Sword, which Karlamine was impressed by. Koneko fought against Ni and Li, due to them being fellow Nekomata. Issei's opponent turned out to be Isabela, the Rook he fought in the previous match. She was gleeful at the prospect at fighting him again, as she threw a punch at him, though Issei dodged all of her attacks as he aimed for her abdomen with his fist. She tried to defend against the attack but it broke through her defense. Issei used Boost to enhance his power as he flew up into the air and fired a Dragon Shot at her. Isabela tried to dodge it but Issei curved the attack, which followed her and he activated Dress Break, destroying her clothes as the Dragon Shot hit her, eliminating her from the match.
After defeating Isabela, Riser's Bishop, Mihae approached Issei to follow her as Riser was waiting for him. Reuniting with Asia, Gasper and Rossweisse at the New School Building, Mihae revealed that only Issei and Asia are allowed to pass to meet Riser as she stood against Gasper and Rossweisse with Issei and Asia departing for the roof. After the two left, Gasper and Rossweisse easily defeated Mihae, eliminating her. Reaching the roof, Issei used the same words to announce his arrival, with Riser playing along, as news of Yubelluna's retirement reached them. Riser revealed his intention to fight Issei alone, stating unless he defeats Issei he can't say that he has fully overcome his dragonphobia, which shocked Rias. Riser and Issei engaged each other in battle as Issei took notice of Riser's new hand to hand skills, which Riser revealed is due to him training with Sairaorg Bael. Issei equipped his Crimson Armor, as he boosted his power and punched Riser with his Solid Impact. While Riser tried to defend by forming a barrier of fire, Issei's fist pierced through his flame and hit his body as he was sent down to the rooftop. Riser got back up and stated that even if he loses to Issei a hundred times, the lives of devils are infinite and that he will eventually defeat Issei, declaring himself as Issei's rival. Issei defeated Riser and won the Rating Game.
