Helmwige (ヘルムウィージ, Herumuu~īji) is a member of the Valkyrie squad in Asgard and a member of Team Leisure of the King. She and her fellow Valkyries and their chief-god Vidar fought against Issei, Rosswiesse, and Ravel at Thor Stadium in Valhalla. She fought with the rest of her squad against Rosswiesse and was defeated by Rosswiesse’s magic attack. Like her leader Brynhildr and fellow Valkyrie squad members, Helmwige is bitter of not having a boyfriend and was shocked to learn that Rossweisse kissed Issei.

OrtlindeEdit

Ortlinde (オルトリンデ, Orutorinde) is a member of the Valkyrie squad in Asgard and a member of Team Leisure of the King. She and her fellow Valkyries and their chief-god Vidar fought against Issei, Rosswiesse, and Ravel at Thor Stadium in Valhalla. She fought with the rest of her squad against Rosswiesse and was defeated by Rosswiesse’s magic attack. Grimgerde (グリメルデ, Gurimerude) is a member of the Valkyrie squad in Asgard and a member of Team Leisure of the King. Schwertleite (シュヴェルトライテ, Shuvu~erutoraite) is a member of the Valkyrie squad in Asgard and a member of Team Leisure of the King. She and her fellow Valkyries and their chief-god Vidar fought against Issei, Rosswiesse, and Ravel at Thor Stadium in Valhalla. She fought with the rest of her squad against Rosswiesse and was defeated by Rosswiesse’s magic attack. Like her leader Brynhildr and fellow Valkyrie squad members, Schwertleite is bitter of not having a boyfriend and was shocked to learn that Rossweisse kissed Issei.

TriviaEdit

  • Like Rossweisse and Brynhildr, their names come from the names of Valkyries featured in Richard Wagner's opera Der Ring des Nibelungen (The Ring of the Nibelung).
  • The names of the Valkyries are derived from themes relating to war:
    • Helmwige translates to Helmet-battle.
    • Ortlinde translates to Spear-point-Dragon.
    • Grimgerde translates to Grim-staff.
    • Schwertleite translates to Sword-bearing.
