Nyuutron Beam Cannon, also known as Super Breast Wave Cannon, is one of Issei Hyoudou's breast techniques.

Summary

In Volume 24, Issei was able to unlock this technique with the help of his grandfather, who reminded Issei about his childhood and them discussing breasts while playing with action figures; and Guanyin, who granting him the ability to convert "oppai power" into demonic power. As such, Issei's Scale Mail tail extended to Rossweisse and absorbed the power of her breasts, allowing Issei to fire a beam blast which instantly defeated Thanatos.

In True Volume 2, during Issei's Rating Game match fight against Rias, Issei was able to use this technique to attach his tail to Rias breasts and defeat her.

Abilities

Nyuutron Beam Cannon is a technique, where Issei can attach the tail of his Scale Mail onto a woman's breasts, then absorbs their "breast power", converting it into demonic power. As such, it releases a pink beam, the power overall corresponds to their bust size, which is displayed in numbers on his Boosted Gear's jewel. By using it on Rossweisse's breast, whose bust size is 96, Issei was able to release an attack comparable to that of his own Infinity Blaster, defeating the Strongest Grim Reaper, Thanatos. As such, Ddraig stated that if used on a woman whose breast size reached the triple digits, then it would have absurd power.

As an additional side-effect of using this technique on a woman, it leaves them unable to build up their powers, thus making it nigh-impossible for them to counter and develop countermeasures. In combining it alongside his Diabolos Dragon's Infinity Blaster, it could defeat Rias in her Forbidden Invade Balor the Princess.
