Latia Astaroth is the current heir of the Astaroth Clan. She is Ajuka Beelzebub's niece and comes from the branch family of the Astaroth House.
Appearance[]
Latia is a beautiful girl with almond eyes with long blond hair with blue hair tips as she has a voluptuous body and large breasts, whose proportions are similar to Rias. She wears a noble-like dress while holding a elegant folding fan.
Personality[]
While she initially seems to have a sophisticated and domineering atmosphere, it is revealed that she doesn't discriminate against Low-class or Reincarnated Devils unlike most High-class Devils like Diodora. She is shown to be humble and polite, as she apologized to Asia for Diodora's actions. She is shown to be bold and determined to restore the Astaroth Clan to its former reputation.
History[]
Not much is known about Latia's past except that she was born to her parent who are a part of the branch family of the Astaroth Clan. Her mother is related to the Agares clan. Due to the scandal caused by Diodora's betrayal, it was decided she would be the next Head of the Astaroth family early on, replacing Diodora who was killed by Shalba Beelzebub.

Latia made her debut, in the Open for Business! Gremory Real Estate short story, alongside Iryuka Glasya-Labolas. She arrived at the Hyoudou Residence and greeted Rias, as she explained the reason why she was in Kuoh Town. Latia explained the the higher ups ordered her and Iryuka to establish bases in Kuoh Town due to heiresses of the Gremory and Sitri clans establishing bases there so that she and Iryuka could expand their views and gain experience. After confirming their objectives, she asked Issei to meet Asia so she could apologize for Diodora's actions.
When the group finished their tea party, Rias brought them to a realtor that was backed by the Gremory, Sitri and Grigori so that she and Iryuka could search for locations to set up their bases. While looking over the offers, Latia took an interest in a haunted mansion that had several bad rumors about it. The group later visited the mansion to check it out as Latia took a liking to the mansion and asked Rias to not exterminate the evil spirits and youkai living there as she intended to make them her servants.
She later accompanied the group to the building that Iryuka was interested in as she helped fight Mecha-Fafnir MK-II who stole her underwear, as the group destroyed it with the real Fafnir's help.
After finishing the fight, Latia established her base in the mansion she had visited along with the evil spirits and youkai who lived there as servants.[1]

Demonic Power: As a Devil, Latia has all the common skills and powers of one.
Flight: Being a Devil, Latia can use her wings to fly.
Trivia[]
- Latia's name is derived from the name of a legendary Pokémon: Latias.
- Latia and Rias are old acquaintances from the Underworld, due to meeting at high society parties, and are the same age.
- The only known member of her peerage is a unnamed male Knight.
