Kiyotora Shinra is Metatron's Jack and a member of the Shinra Clan. He is also Tsubaki Shinra’s uncle.
Appearance
Kiyotora is a Japanese man in his mid-30s. He has black hair tied to his back in a samurai hairstyle. Issei noted he bears a striking resemblance to Tsubaki.
Personality
Kiyotora appeared to be a calm and polite person. He also dislikes being called Seiko, which he reminded Dulio not to call him that.
History
Kiyotora was born in the Shinra Clan and he became a warrior of the Vatican because he is a believer. He was eventually reincarnated as a angel under Metatron.

Kiyotora first appears in Volume 23, and took part of the meeting between Dulio's Team and Issei's Team for their upcoming match. Where he introduced as a relative of uncle Tsubaki and the current head of the Shinra Clan.
In the match against Team Red Dragon Emperor of the Blazing Truth, Kiyotora clash against Irina while trying to catch the ball. He later stood in the way of Irina and Xenovia while wielding two ethereal katanas that had been given to him by the Vatican.
Powers & Abilities
Master Swordsman: Kiyotora is a highly proficient master swordsman, being able to hold his own against both master swordswomen Xenovia who was dual-wielding Durandal and Excalibur with Irina who wield Holy Sword Hauteclere with ease and minimal movements.
Immense Speed: Kiyotora has been shown to be extremely fast due to his training as an exorcist, being able to keep up with both Xenovia and Irina at high speed combat.
Light-based Weapons: As a Reincarnated Angel, Kiyotora can create light-based weapons such as a light sword, spear, or a bow.
Flight: Being an Angel, Kiyotora can fly using his wings.
