Jeanne is a member of the Hero Faction. She carried the spirit of the Maiden of Orleans, Joan of Arc.
Appearance[]
Jeanne is a beautiful young foreign woman with blonde hair and sky blue eyes. She wears a girl gakuran, with armor worn on top of it.
Personality[]
Jeanne has a very cheerful and childlike personality, she also calls people by nicknames that she comes up with, calling Siegfried "Sieg-kun" and Irina "Angel-chan." Jeanne has also shown that she is willing to use underhanded means to win or survive like when she kidnapped a Devil child to prevent Akeno, Xenovia, and Irina from attacking her.
After being defeated during the Monster Crisis incident and working as a cook in the Vatician as punishment, she shown significant changes of her personality like her fellow members of the Hero Faction she shown remorse for her past actions.
History[]
Not much is known about Jeanne, other than at some point before the series, she was asked by Cao Cao to join the Hero Faction.
Powers & Abilities[]
Master Swordswoman: Jeanne is well versed in swordsmanship, being able to fight on par with Irina during their first encounter. Jeanne skills are great enough to able to keep up against Irina, Akeno in her Fallen Angel Mode and Xenovia wielding Ex-Durandal. With further training and experience, she could defeat many artifical High-Class Devil with a Holy Sword rapier.
Enhanced Speed: While she can't match up to the likes of Yuuto, Jeanne is still noticeably fast for a human, shown when she dodges Irina's light attack with ease.
Master Chef: Jeanne has a flair for cooking, after being force to worked an apprentice cook for an exorcist training institution in the Vatician, she became a very efficient chef, as exorcists enjoyed her flawed yet delicious food. Her cooking skills could match Tobio and Yuuto in a cooking competition.

Blade Blacksmith (聖剣創造, Burēdo Burakkusumisu), also known as Holy Sword Creation (聖剣創造, Seiken Sōzō), is Jeanne's Sacred Gear. The Blade Blacksmith has the ability to create an arsenal of numerous Holy Swords of different attributes and abilities. Jeanne can also create the blades of these swords on any surface within her limited area.
Stake Victim Dragoon.
- Rapier: Jeanne create a rapier type Holy Sword as her personal weapon, which is powerful enough to deflect Irina's light attacks and clash with her light sword. With further training and experience, Jeanne's Holy Sword became strong enough to defeat artificial High-Class Devil.
- Stake Victim Dragoon (断罪の聖龍, Suteiku Bikutimu Doragūn), also known as Holy Dragon of Judgement (断罪の聖龍, Danzai no Seiryū), is Jeanne's Subspecies Balance Breaker. It creates a large Dragon made of Holy Swords. Jeanne is still able to create holy swords while using this Balance Breaker. Her Holy Sword Dragon is powerful enough to easily kill High-Class Devils as shown when the Stake Victim Dragon easily exterminated many artificial Devils who all possess demonic power of a High-Class Devil in True Vol. 3.
Chaos Break (Formerly): A special doping for Sacred Gear made from the blood of the original Satans, created by the Hero Faction with the help of the Old Satan Faction. It allows Jeanne to transform into a Lamia-like form make of Holy Swords.
Trivia[]
- Jeanne is the only female in the Hero Faction to be named. She is also the only female of the six main members.
- Jeanne's nationality is French due to her inheritance of the soul of Joan of Arc, name, and her weapon is from France.
- Jeanne is a fan of the Prince × Beast manga doujinshi (which stars Yuuto Kiba and Issei Hyoudou as the main characters), stating that she cried after reading Volume 17.[1]
