Issei Hyoudou[]
Ingvild first met Issei at the park by the fountain where he was killed by Raynare and immediately recognized him as the Red Dragon Emperor. When Issei defeated the mysterious devils, he used his handkerchief to wipe off the blood from her face. When they meet again, Ingvild started to sing, which causes pain to his body, but he holds off Yuuto and Xenovia from attacking her because he knows she meant no harm. When Ingvild woke up from her sleep, Issei took her to the beach, and they started to become closer and eventually befriended each other, he was about to invite her to eat until they were interrupted by Nyx. After Ingvild overheard that she could be used by Nyx to harm Issei and others, she gave them her permission to kill her, stating that if her powers would be used to cause trouble for many people, she was fine with being killed which saddened and infuriated Issei, as he stated that she had just woken up. Ingvild stated that even though she woke up, the people she knew are no longer here and that no one would grieve for her, as Issei stated that wasn't true as he would mourn for her, which surprised her as Issei stated though their meeting was short and bizarre, he got to become her friend which is why he would save her as he promised to take her to the beach again.
After receiving encouragement from Issei and Asia, she asked Issei to save her, which he promised he would as he told her to wait for him as he would win for sure. Ingvild was contacted by Issei through Akeno’s breasts to ask her to sing for him, she was hesitant at first due to the pain she inflict on him, but agrees to his request to sing for him, which empowered Issei. That song showed that she quickly fell in love with Issei even before that battle, as was revealed by her song in the battle against Nyx. After Nyx was defeated, Ingvild eventually became his first servant to join his peerage as his Queen as he agrees to let her sing under his leadership.
In True Volume 2, Ingvild was among first group of brides in Issei’s vision that were gonna marry him, hinting Ingvild will become one of Issei’s future brides. After watching the other girls seduce Issei, Ingvild also innocently thought of hugging Issei, while naked, though she admitted she would be embarrased. This caused Issei to worry about the other girls' influence on Ingvild.
In True Volume 3, Nimura suspects that Ingvild is also attracted to and in love with Issei too.
In DX7, Ingvild shown her determination wanted to fight by his side as his queen in his team.

Vali Lucifer[]
Vali took a personal interest in Ingvild upon noticing the similarities between them. After Ingvild finished helping him move into his new apartment in Kuoh Town, Vali gave her his white dragon plushie as payment, which she took a liking to her new gift.

Lavinia Reni[]
Lavinia became Ingvild’s first client and took a liking to her, and she became happy after seeing that she summoned a cute girl. She asked Ingvild to help her move Vali’s packages to his new apartment for her first devil job.
Natsume Minagawa[]
Natsume immediately took a liking to Ingvild after seeing her as a cute girl and hopes to get along with her, which Ingvild also agrees as they shook hands with each other.

Nyx has found Ingvild useful due to her ability to control dragons because of her Longinus Nereid Kyrie, so she placed a brainwashing technique on her to force her to sing in order to give pain to Issei.
