Elsha is one of the previous Red Dragon Emperors who wielded the Boosted Gear before Issei Hyoudou. She is regarded as the strongest female Red Dragon Emperor and second strongest Red Dragon Emperor after Belzard.
Appearance[]
Elsha is a beautiful woman with long, wavy blonde hair, and light green eyes. She wears a light purple dress with a low neckline, and a purple and silver tiara-like adornment.
Personality[]
Elsha is shown to be a friendly and pleasant person as she politely greeted Issei and Ddraig. It is revealed by Ddraig that she is one of the previous hosts that he was closest to as she and Belzard were always supporting Ddraig from the depths of the Sacred Gear after they died. She is shown to be caring of Ddraig as he seemed sad over the fact that they couldn't show themselves often, while also caring about Issei such as comforting him when he felt powerless after his fight with Cao Cao.
She is shown to be wise as she was able to instruct Issei about the past of the Red Dragon Emperors and his own growing possibilities.
She has also shown a mischievous side to her personality as well, with her greatly enjoying Issei's Oppai Dragon show and telling Ddraig not to be depressed about it.
History[]
Elsha was once a past possessor of the Boosted Gear, being her generation's Red Dragon Emperor. Like all Red Dragon Emperors, she fought against her generation's White Dragon Emperor.

Immense Strength: Elsha is regarded as the strongest female Red Dragon Emperor in existence, as she was stated to be second to Belzard in power, who is the strongest Red Dragon Emperor.
Equipment[]
Boosted Gear (赤龍帝の籠手, Būsuteddo Gia): Elsha's former Sacred Gear. The Boosted Gear is one of the 13 Longinus which holds the spirit of the Welsh Dragon, the Red Dragon Emperor, Ddraig, one of the Heavenly Dragons.
