Dreamlike Curse, also known as Phantom Projection, is the Sacred Gear wielded by Marsilio of the Hero Faction.
Summary[]
Marsilio used this Sacred Gear to trap Rias Gremory in an illusion of being transported to a parallel world where the supernatural beings of the Three Factions, including herself didn't exist. However, Marsilio was defeated by the rest of the Occult Research Club, who came to rescue Rias.[1]

Paraselene Utopia[]
Paraselene Utopia (永久に包まれた幻想, Paraserene Yūtopia), also known as An Illusion Forever Wrapped, is the Balance Breaker of Dreamlike Curse. It grants Marsilio the ability to send targeted individuals into a barrier space of his creation, capable of encompassing an area as large as an entire town.[1] In this dimension, he can create highly realistic illusions to the point of reproducing parallel worlds, which he can control at will to break the spirit of his opponents.[1] He can also manipulate a person's perception of time to make hours appear as entire days and prevent others from using their power to a certain degree.[1] However, while the Sacred Gear is effective at containing the user's targets trapped within the barrier, it is noted that the barrier is weak to outside attacks.[1]
