Summary[]
The match between both the Red Dragon Emperor of the Blazing Truth Team led by Issei and Team Rias Gremory led by Rias, held at the Oppai Dragon Stadium, which was decided to be a standard Rating Game, with team that defeats the opponents King first winning.
The game field was a replica of Kuoh Town, with Team Rias Gremory’s base being the Kuoh Academy High School, while Team Red Dragon Emperor of the Blazing Truth’s base being the Hyoudou Residence.
After transferring to the field, members of Team Red Dragon Emperor of the Blazing Truth went into the basement to plan their strategy. As they finalized their strategy, Ravel asked Bova and Roygun to scout outside the house while Elmenhilde sent out her bats around the area. While Bova and Roygun were scouting the area, they were ambushed and attacked by Rias in her Forbidden Invade Balor the Princess form, Yuuto and Lint, as the trio eliminated Bova and Roygun.
After Issei and Ravel replanned their strategy, Issei had Asia, Xenovia and Irina ride Fafnir to distract Rias's team with Panties✩Pow theme song, the new Gremory family character business as Issei and the rest used it as to escape the Hyoudou House and disperse into town. Rias ordered Crom Cruach to defeat Asia in order to eliminate Issei's team's means of recovery as she had Yuuto accompany her so she could face Bina while Yuuto could fulfill his wish of facing Issei in battle.
As Crom Cruach ambushed the Church Trio, Asia told Xenovia and Irina to leave him to her, as she and Fanfir would occupy Crom Cruach so that Xenovia and Irina could move ahead and fight the other members of the Rias Team so that Issei could save his stamina. Crom Cruach praised Asia for her courage as he told Fafnir that he would slaughter Asia, triggering Fafnir's Outrage mode as Crom Cruach gave his name to Fafnir with Fafnir responding in kind as the two Dragons engaged in battle.
In the forest of Kuoh Town, Rossweise and Elmenhilde encountered Akeno who was guarding Valerie. Elmenhilde found Valerie's location using her bats as Rossweisse and Akeno engaged in combat, while Elmenhilde drank the blood prepared for her and targeted Valerie.
Rossweisse and Akeno engaged in a clash with Rossweisse firing her elemental magic enhanced by her Mistilteinn Wand while Akeno fired her Holy Lightning. Rossweisse defended herself by forming countless defensive magic circles and gained the advantage as Akeno tried to retaliate by using her Holy Lightning Dragon though Akeno was forced back by the intensity of Rossweisse's magic bombardment. Akeno then summoned 2 legendary Oni, Ura and Ibaraki Douji. Akeno reengaged in battle with Rossweisse and Elmenhilde as Elmenhilde summoned Dungam figurines to assist her.
In the park of Kuoh Town, Ravel encountered Shirone. Shirone heightened her Touki, as she unleashed her 3-tailed form and closed the distance, punching Ravel and blowing away her arm, which was regenerated by her immortality, as Ravel retaliated by unleashing a large amount of fire which Shirone avoided.
On the other side of Kuoh Town, the team members of the Red Dragon Emperor team (Issei, Bina and Nakiri) encountered Lint Sellzen, with Nakiri telling Issei and Bina to move to Rias' location while he holds off Lint. Nakiri transformed into his Dragon Man form as he engaged Lint in battle. Nakiri then closed his distance with Lint in a moment and started to punch and kick her with high speed, as Lint moved acrobatically to evade Ouryuu’s physical assault. Nakiri then used his earth manipulation to lift the ground Lint was standing on to make her lose balance as he closed the distance and punched her. Lint received extra damage from the punch due to already suffering from Roygun's new delayed Crack technique. Lint counter attacked by unleashing her Balance Breaker, Lovely Heavenly Angels, and used it to try to attack Nakiri. Nakiri used his earth manipulation to trap Lint's Balance Breaker in a earth prison as he rushed towards Lint, hitting her with a powerful punch which eliminated her from the match. After defeating her, Nakiri headed to assist Xenovia and Irina.
Asia continuing to fight Crom Cruach
As Crom Cruach continued to overpower Fafnir, even with Asia healing his wounds and using her Balance Breaker, Twilight Saint Affection, to negate Crom's attack, Fafnir attempted to gain the advantage by using his mini clones to overwhelm Crom, though Crom simply crushed them by enveloping his body in aura and breathing fire at the rest, as he also released his fire breath towards Fafnir and enhanced it by firing his aura with it. As Crom Cruach walked forward to finish off Fafnir and Asia, Fafnir used all of his willpower to fly towards Crom Cruach, biting his arm, breaking it in the process. Pleased with Fafnir's spirit, Crom lifted him into the air as he unleashed his fire breath to eliminate him from the match. With Fafnir eliminated, Asia continued to fight Crom by releasing elemental magic at Crom. When asked by Crom if she will continue to fight him, Asia responded that as the servant and future wife of the Red Dragon Emperor Issei Hyoudou, she would keep fighting until the end, a act which deeply impressed Crom as he complimented her and stated he was proud to fight her and Fafnir. Crom Cruach eliminated Asia by shooting her with his aura bullet.
While moving across town, Issei and Grayfia encountered Rias and Yuuto. As Yuuto challenged Issei, the two of them moved away from their current location to have their match elsewhere while Rias stayed to face Grayfia. Rias and the hidden Gasper combined into the Forbidden Balor Invade the Princess form as Rias enveloped herself in aura with Grayfia doing the same, beginning their battle against each other. Rias and Grayfia started to exchange their aura bullets as Rias' bullets began to overpower Grayfia's and she was eliminated by Rias.
At the parking lot of the Kuoh Town shopping mall, Issei faced off against Yuuto as Issei equipped his Pseudo-Diabolos Dragon God armor as Yuuto rushed at him and Issei deflect his Demonic Sword Emperor Gram with Issei's Holy Sword Ascalon. Yuuto manifested his Dragon Knight Troops which were wielding the rest of Yuuto's Demon Swords as Yuuto tried to overwhelm Issei with numbers as Issei continuously defeated the Dragon Knights, with Yuuto taking advantage to slash at Issei's back, though he couldn't destroy Issei's Pseudo-Diabolos Dragon God armor. As Yuuto recomposed himself, he revealed his new technique of turning his Dragon Knight Troops into boosters for his leg in order to increase his speed. Initially overwhelming Issei with his flurry of fast attacks, Issei was able to use his Transfer ability to make Yuuto lose control of his boosters and crash into the car park, twisting his leg. Trying to retaliate, Yuuto used Sword Birth to create numerous Holy Demonic Swords to try to attack Issei, though they were blown away by the aura of Issei's Ascalon Holy Swords. Issei and Kiba clashed with Issei using his Ascalons to injure Yuuto as Yuuto stabbed the right shoulder of Issei's armor but it didn’t go through it as it only pierced a little bit into Issei's body. Issei finished off the wounded Yuuto with a Dragon Shot, as Crom Cruach appeared. Ddraig manifested and challenged Crom to a fight as Issei went to find Rias, in order to finish the match.
On the other side of the field, Xenovia and Irina were fighting Vasco Strada, as despite Xenovia wearing Crimson Destruction Dragonar and Irina's assistance, the swordsman duo were being overwhelmed by the older warrior as he continuously destroyed Xenovia's armor with his Durandal II's aura and his Holy Fist. Nakiri arrived to assist the swordsman duo as he kicked Strada and the three of them including Nakiri attacked Strada at the same time. Xenovia with her Durandal and Excalibur, Irina with her Hauteclere and light attacks, and Nakiri with his Touki-filled punches and kicks. Trying to weaken Strada, the trio focused their attacks on Strada's finger, breaking it. As Strada counter attacked and completely destroyed Xenovia's Crimson Destruction Dragonar armor, Xenovia power the remaining power of the Red Dragon Emperor power into Durandal and Excalibur as she unleashed Cross Crisis with Irina adding her light bullets to support it and Nakiri restrained Strada's hand, which was holding Durandal II, and receiving their attacks head on and Nakiri kicking him away.

With Strada seemingly defeated the announcement of Elmenhilde's and Valerie's retirement, the trio were forced to dodge a holy aura attack from the still standing Strada, as is Durandal II was broken but he continued to fight the trio using his fists.
Arriving at the replica Kuoh Academy, Issei arrived at the roof as he and Rias reminiscent about the game against Riser Phenex. Rias combined with Gasper into Forbidden Invade Balor the Princess as she unleashed aura bullets against Issei, who responded with his Dragon Shots. Issei attempted to use Pailingual and Dress Break against Rias but she revealed that she had taken countermeasures against them. Issei used Dress Break again and attached his tail to Rias' breasts as he began absorbing the energy from her breasts in order to use Nyuutron Beam Cannon. Issei launched his Nyuutron Beam Cannon and Infinity Blaster, as he used them to eliminate Rias and Gasper from the match, thus winning the game for Team Red Dragon Emperor of the Blazing Truth.
